Alot of us have the best of intentions when we think of organizing our home. We have lovely Pinterest vision boards depicting what we want our home to look like. The truth is that you can DIY organize your home, but it takes a lot of time and effort especially when you feel overwhelmed and don't know where to start. It's hard to complete that perfect look all by yourself. Here are 3 of my biggest reasons why decluttering with an organizer is better than DIY.

When you look at a mountain of clothes or household items, it is hard to get started in the purging process. I have many clients who at the beginning find it hard to let go of unused items, they want to save it or think maybe I will use it one day. That's where I can assist with those decisions and ask the hard questions to get you started. For instance, that beautiful dress you have been holding on to for years for that special occasion that has yet to come. I would explain that that dress is taking up valuable real estate in your closet and let's be honest, if you have a special occasion coming up, are you really going to wear a dress that is old and possibly out of fashion? No, why not treat yourself to something new and current. Besides, there are people who are less fortunate that could use that dress right now by donating it and wouldn't that feel good to your heart to help someone in need.

When we start decluttering, we will make two categories, items to donate and items to trash. My services include taking all your donations to a local charity. We also assist clients with depositing trash in their bins. We handle all the heavy lifting and logistics, so you don't' have to think about it. Our goal is to make your decluttering journey as simple and easy for you as possible.
